Antoine Jadotte, MPA, M. Ed | President

Mr. Antoine Jadotte, is serving as the President of CBSF, a none-profit organization, w/501.c.3 status in the US. 

As an expatriate with a Master in Public Administration (MPA) from Nova Southeastern University & a Post-Master Certificate in Guidance & Counseling from St Thomas University, I always dream of lending my skills & expertise in helping Haiti, my homeland, and more specially the North West part, which is always kind of forgotten. 

Michel Evans Dorval, PA. | Assistant Medical Director

Mr. Michael Evans Dorval serves as the Assistant Medical Director for CBSF



I emigrated to the US in 1997 from Mexico where I earned my medical license from la Universidad Medical de Puebla (1989-1997). And from there, I went and got my Physician Assistant license from Miami-Dade College (1997-2001). Being involved in CBSF annual medical  missions in my birth regions of Haiti as the VP & Asst Medical Director brings me tremendous joy upon seeing the smiles we left on the faces of our countrymen and countrywomen.

Marie Paule Woodson, MPA | General Secretary

Mrs. Marie Paule Woodson, serves as General Secretary for CBSF 



Marie-Paule Woodson holds a  Master of Science degree  in Public Administration. Mrs.  Woodson is employed with Miami-Dade County as a Division Director and presently serving in  several Boards. She advocates for children and families, human rights, fair employment, social justice, etc.. Her passion is to make the world a better place for others.

She is married with two children.

Jean-Marie Jadotte, Pharm. D. | Treasurer

Dr. Jean-Marie Jadotte, serves as the Treasurer for CBSF



Dr. Jadotte, holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida A & M University. Joining CBSF to serve the people of Haiti, especially in the Nord'Ouest region where I have learned how to read and write, is the best way for me to give back.

Garry Millien, MD | Medical Director

Dr. Gary Millien, MD serves as the Medical Director for CBSF.



Going to medical missions in the Southern part of Haiti with a sister organization for the last 8 years prompted me to initiate something similar for the North West, where I grew up with the support of some of my co-eds, native of the region as well. Practicing physician in West Palm Beach for the past 16 years, I earned my medical license from L''Universite de Sherbrooke, Quebec Canada after emigrating there in the 1980s.

Reginald Denizard, PA | Assistant Medical Director

Rodney Desrameaux, MSW | Member at Large

Rodney Desrameaux, serves as a member at large, He is a School Social Worker for Miami-Dade County Public Schools since 1994 and in the US for the past 33 years. Graduated from the School of Public Affairs of Fla International University with a Master of Science degree in Social Work, helping my beloved country fuelled my desire more than anything else. That's why I'am very involved at CBSF, a group of dynamic professionals whose motto is giving back.

Philomena J. Doliny, RN, BSN, MBA | Member at Large

Philomena J. Doliny, Mission Nurse serves as  Consultant/Board Member to CBSF.



Philomena J. Doliny holds a Bachelors in Nursing from Barry University, is a Registered Nurse, a Certified Researcher in the field of Cancer. Philomena also holds an International MBA with a focus in Healthcare Management from the American Intercontinental University. She looks forward to giving back to Haiti's Nord'Ouest region in ways that she has always dreamed about. The culmination of a 20+ year career and education, Philomena brings a wealth of institutional knowledge and practical experience to CBSF.
