Philomena J. Doliny holds a Bachelors in Nursing from Barry University, is a Registered Nurse, a Certified Researcher in the field of Cancer. Philomena also holds an International MBA with a focus in Healthcare Management from the American Intercontinental University. She is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her mother. She looks forward to giving back to her hometown in ways that she has always dreamed about. The culmination of a 20+ year career and education, Philomena brings a wealth of institutional knowledge and practical experience to CBSF.
