Mission Trip in Haiti

Summary of Mission Trip in Haiti from June 18-26, 2011
In the wake of the January 12, 2010 earthquake that stroke Haiti and watching on TV the tremendous devastation brought about by its 7.0 magnitude, an organization of “Caring Brothers and Sisters” originated. The purpose of the group was and remains the establishment of a medical and educational mission in order to assist the underprivileged people of the Northwest region of Haiti where all members of the group were born and raised.

Shortly thereafter, the Caring Brothers and Sisters Foundation (CBSF) began to vehemently work to make this envisioned mission a reality. Several planning activities including a few fundraising events followed. Supporters and members of the organization responded to the plea which contributed to the realization of a very successful mission in the above mentioned area of Haiti.
